This takes 5-10 minutes to make and keeps me full for hours. I can go-go-go all morning and not have to worry about a snack after this for breakfast.
-1/2 Cup uncooked gluten free oats.
-1/2 a ripe banana.
-2-3 Tbsp of hemp hearts, chia seeds or flaxseed (or a little of each). -1 tbsp of natural nut butter.

I love making tacos because there are so versatile and delicious. The whole family can enjoy (picky kids included) by making their own tacos to their own personal taste. Plus they are colourful and healthy too.
