Golden Milk is not only delicious on a cold winter's night, it also packs in many health benefits. Turmeric itself is an anti-inflammatory, it is antibacterial and it is antimicrobial, making it an extremely healing spice. Some of my arthritic or immune deficient clients have experienced amazing results from using this wonder spice as a daily supplement.
This Golden Milk recipe turns up the health benefits even more by including cinnamon and ginger. Cinnamon is amazing for your skin, it can boost your immunity and it is full of antioxidants. Ginger is used across the globe for it's medicinal properties, it is a good source of vitamins A, C, E, and B-complex, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, silicon, sodium, iron, zinc, calcium and beta-carotene. For real??? YES! Need I say more! Let's move on to the recipe and get this hot tonic cooking.
